Assess Your Emotional and Spiritual Skill Level:
Both these assessments give you a practical measurement of your emotional and spiritual skill level to help you determine your areas of strength and vulnerability. From that baseline you can decide which skills you need to develop or strengthen.
The Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)™
The most comprehensive social and emotional intelligence assessment instrument on the market today, the SEIP, measures 26 distinct social and emotional intelligence competencies. Now people can instantly see their strengths and potential vulnerabilities when it comes to social and emotional intelligence.
What is Social and Emotional Intelligence?
Social + Emotional Intelligence is a form of intelligence that drives our success in life, work, and in our relationships with others. Social and emotional intelligence is about being aware of ourselves and others, in the moment, and using that awareness to manage ourselves (our behavior, our responses to stressful or challenging situations), and manage our relationships with others.
Social and emotional intelligence (S+EI or sometimes referred to as EI or EQ) encompasses many skill sets, including stress management, resilience, managing conflict productively, powerful influencing skills, catalyzing change, teamwork and collaboration, building trust and much more.
The good news is that S+EI can be learned and strengthened throughout our lives. It’s never too late to add these essential skills to your life, and research concludes the fastest way to enhance your S+EI skills is through coaching.

The Spiritual Intelligence 21 Skills Inventory (SQ21)™
The SQ21™ – is a proprietary Spiritual Intelligence assessment, which has been carefully created and tested for construct validity, reliability, and has been cross‐correlated with another respected Harvard Instrument.
Expertly created, carefully validated – this self-assessment allows you to examine where you are today on developing and sustaining the 21 skills of Spiritual Intelligence. This assessment is faith-neutral – in other words it does not matter what your belief system is, the terminology used can fit your perspective. There is a pop-up glossary of all words shown in RED in the survey – so you can get real-time help with what a word means.
What is Spiritual Intelligence?
The developer of the SQ21™ is Cindy Wigglesworth of Deep Change Inc. Cindy defines Spiritual Intelligence as: “the ability to behave with Compassion and Wisdom while maintaining inner and outer peace (equanimity) regardless of the circumstances.” Compassion and Wisdom together form the manifestation of Love. “Behave” is important because it focuses on how well we maintain our center, stay calm, and actually treat others with compassion and wisdom. The statement of “regardless of the circumstances” shows that we can maintain our peaceful center and loving behaviors even under great stress.
